Established in 1993, Tee Times is an Official Travel Agency registered with Turismo de Portugal under license number 2474 and a member of the International Association of Golf Tour Operators (IAGTO), adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
By making a booking with Tee Times Golf Holidays, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all members of your party.
Bookings can be made online 24 hours a day at www.teetimes.pt or by contacting our reservations team.
All bookings are subject to availability and become binding only when confirmed by Tee Times Golf Holidays.
The person making the booking:
Clients should carefully check all booking confirmations, travel documents, names, dates, golf courses, accommodation details, and tee times upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours.
All prices are quoted in Euros (€).
Tee Times Golf Holidays offers a Best Price Guarantee. If you find an identical package under the same booking conditions at a lower price, we will refund the difference.
Prices and availability may change before booking confirmation. Once confirmed, prices will only be adjusted where required by supplier-imposed changes, taxation changes, or obvious pricing errors.
In case your dates include more than one season, final price may have to be adjusted.

For bookings made within the applicable balance period, full payment is required immediately upon confirmation.
Failure to make payment by the due dates may result in cancellation of the booking and the loss of deposits paid.
Certain suppliers may require alternative payment schedules. In such cases, clients will be informed before confirming the booking.
Payments can be made through our secure online payment platform using major credit and debit cards.
Bank transfer payments are also accepted. Clients must quote the booking reference and send proof of payment by email.
Tee Times Golf Holidays does not store card details and uses secure payment processing systems designed to protect customer information.
Requests to amend a booking must be submitted in writing.
All amendments are subject to supplier availability and may incur additional charges.
Where no supplier costs are involved, Tee Times will not charge an amendment fee.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.
Cancellation charges will reflect any losses, penalties, or charges imposed by suppliers, which generally increase closer to the travel date.
In addition to supplier charges, Tee Times reserves the right to retain an administration fee of €30 per person.
Failure to attend a booked service without prior notification will be treated as a No-Show and is normally non-refundable.
Where possible, Tee Times will endeavour to minimise cancellation costs and assist clients in obtaining the most favourable outcome from suppliers.
Occasionally, it may be necessary to modify or cancel arrangements after confirmation.
If a significant change becomes necessary, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer one of the following:
We will not be liable for compensation where changes arise due to circumstances outside our control.
Golf courses reserve the right to alter confirmed tee times.
Where a confirmed tee time becomes unavailable, Tee Times will endeavour to secure the nearest possible alternative.
Golf rounds are generally based on four-ball play and golfers may be paired with other players.
Players should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time.
Late arrival may result in refusal to play by the golf course, which may be treated as a non-refundable No-Show.
Golf courses regularly undertake maintenance work, including but not limited to:
While Tee Times actively monitors course conditions and updates maintenance information whenever advised, such work is sometimes scheduled at short notice and remains entirely outside our control.
Golf course maintenance does not automatically entitle clients to refunds, compensation, or cancellation without penalty.
Weather conditions form part of the normal risks associated with golf travel.
Where adverse weather causes a golf course to close, Tee Times will assist in obtaining alternative tee times or any credit, voucher, or refund offered by the golf course.
All decisions regarding refunds, vouchers, temporary greens, temporary tees, trolley restrictions, or buggy bans remain solely at the discretion of the golf course operator.
Golf played on temporary greens or temporary tees is considered a valid round and is generally non-refundable.
Golfers must comply with the dress code and behavioural standards established by each golf course and accommodation provider.
Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal from the premises without refund.
Clients accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or costs arising from their own actions or the actions of members of their group.
Certain golf courses may require proof of handicap or federation membership.
It is the responsibility of golfers to ensure that they meet any handicap requirements imposed by the course.
All players are expected to adhere to accepted standards of golfing etiquette and pace of play.
Golf courses reserve the right to refuse play where these standards are not met.
Tee Times Golf Holidays maintains mandatory Civil Liability insurance in accordance with Portuguese law.

However, all clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Clients remain responsible for ensuring their insurance is suitable for their individual circumstances.
Tee Times shall not be liable for failure to perform any contractual obligation resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In such circumstances, alternative arrangements or refunds will be subject to supplier terms and applicable law.

Failure to report issues during travel may affect our ability to investigate and resolve complaints.
Any unresolved complaint should be submitted in writing within 14 days of return.
If you feel that your complaint has not been handled satisfactorily, you may contact the appropriate consumer dispute resolution bodies for assistance and information regarding your rights as a consumer.

Please note that these entities provide support, guidance, and dispute resolution services, but they do not automatically determine the outcome of a complaint. Customer payments are protected through the financial protection mechanisms applicable to licensed Portuguese travel agencies, including access to the Travel and Tourism Guarantee Fund where required by law.
Tee Times accepts responsibility for services provided directly by its employees and for arranging the holiday services booked through us with reasonable care and diligence.
Our liability shall not extend to acts, omissions, failures, or negligence of independent suppliers, including:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

Tee Times accepts no liability for losses resulting from failure to comply with immigration or health requirements.
European travellers are encouraged to obtain a valid European Health Insurance Card (EHIC/GHIC) where applicable.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
